Johnathon Royals has always felt like he had an unfortunate life. With his father being a successful business man who is so married to his job that he is rarely ever around, Johnathon never really felt like he was loved. It didn't help that he didn't consider himself very attractive, which made him an easy target for bullying. The only one who seemed to truly care about him was his stepbrother Clark, who would always make time for Johnathon no matter how busy he was. After almost being waylaid by a bully at school, Johnathon calls Clark to come pick him up. Clark tries to cheer him up by taking him out to eat, and once they return home their conversation eventually leads to Clark confessing his feelings for Johnathon, telling him that he wants their relationship to turn into that of lovers and not just family.
